Problems sending email to recipient.

I keep getting this message when sending to a particular recipient:

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<mail.domain.org #5.7.1 smtp;552 5.7.1 Content-Policy reject msg: Unable to process recipient(s); S24535882AbYADQhn>

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The recipient is external? The "content policy reject" sounds like some spam filters.

Yes it is an external recipient.

It sounds like a spam filter to me as well I just wanted to know for sure before I had someone contact them.
