Problems reseting passwords in RCC

Hi,

I am having an issue every time that I try to reset the password of any user in the RCC. I am getting a "We are sorry but we unable to process your request at this time..." In the details, I get a "error in UpdateUserPassword". Source CCRCore.dll

Has any one have this problem before?

Can you login with any of these users ?

Check your tables for corruption at

http://hostname/rcc/dbfixutil

Have you tried reinstalling the RCC server ?

Ok. I check with that tool, and all the tables are OK. But I still have the problem. And yes, I can login as I user, the only problem seems to be when I am trying to reset the password of a user...

if you un install just the rcc and not mysql you will not loose any data or settings

yes, we did.

It seems to be some kind of bug. We found out that we only get that error when reseting the password of users that has not login before, and that the password is still 0000.

To me, the error message is misleading...
