Problems receiving Internet Mail

Hi,

We seem to be having problems receiving e-mail from some of our external customers. We are receiving the e-mails OK with the subject field intact but the body of the message is either garbled and we cannot read or the body seems to be inserted into an att1.htm file that is also garbled text.

We are using 4.6.7. We haven't changed anything recently on our config. and it doesn't happen on every incoming mail.
