Hello,

One of our users is currently unable to print from Outlook unless then are connected to the exchange server, there e-mail folders are all up-to-date and they can view the contents on the e-mail and attachements but when they try to print they get an error saying "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."

The user is connected as they are able to send and recieve e-mails so I dont know why this is happening! They are printing to a network printer which is set as there default.

Thanks in advance.

I am also having this problem. It seemed to crop up overnight. We came in this morning to find that our Terminal Server users (Server 2003 with Office 2003) could not print or print preview from Outlook. They are able to print from anywhere else except for Outlook. A quick restart of the TS did not work, and no one seems to have much to say about it. In fact, this is the first post I have seen that is having the same problem we are. If anyone has any thoughts please share them!
