Problems Printing from WordPerfect 10

I can't print from WP10 if the program is open!!
I can only print if the program is closed & the file has already been saved, which means since I'm writing a short story, I have to print the entire document everytime I want to just print one page. If the program is opened and I click print it freezes and then it's Non responsive and all the data is gone.
Please help me with this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and that didn't help!!!!

Delete your print driver and reload it. Make sure you have the latest print driver to load.

Method 1:
Publish to PDF (Portable Document Format) and then print or send
document electronically.
1. Launch WordPerfect 10.
2. Open the desired document.
3. Click on File, Publish to PDF.
4. Accept all default settings, specify a filename, and then click the
OK button.
5. Open the PDF document in Acrobat Reader, and click on File, Print.

Method 2:
1. Launch WordPerfect 10.
2. Open the document to be printed.
3. Click File, Print
4. Check off the Collate option.
5. The click print.i
