problems opening corel

good day to everyone here

im brand new here to this forum and so far i already found very interesting things.

well i'm writting in despair...since my computer crashed this morning everytime i start corel, at creating application environment this messages pops up

Valid workspace file not found and the path specified. An invalid character was found in text content

and right after cliking ok it closes and prevents me from doing anything

so if anyone know what to do please tell me and thank you in advance.

Press F8 whilst Draw is launching and accept the default workspace when prompted. This will reset the workspace and hopefully will solve your problem. If you customise your workspace this can be saved so if you need to F8 again (and it does happen) you can reset afterwards.
