Problems logging Avaya J129

Followed IP Office Platform 10.0 Sip Telephone Installation Notes but cannot log Avaya J129 phones. IP endpoint licenses loaded and all configuration done as per documentation. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
 
You need to be at 10.0.2 or higher for the J129 to work.
 
First make sure SIP registrar is on, System/LAN1/VOIP/SIP Registrar enable. If running 10.0.3 you need to make changes to the 46xxsettings.txt file and the j100upgrade.txt file.
