Problems IE6 need to download to cd for other machine

I am trying to download IE6 so I can run it on a machine that doesn't connect to the Inet. I need IE6 to run the program that will allow my system to connect to the inet. SBCYahoo requires IE6 or higher to run thier program. I have searched and tried so many angles but to no avail
Any help would be appreciated.

As stated above and then burn to Cd or put on memory stick or network computers to get the file on the correct PC.
