I'm running a Parent/Child organization. Parent Domain is at 2003 sp2. I'm currently running Exchange 2003 in the Child Domain.

I've built a Windows 2008 Server and I'm preparing to install Exchange 2007 sp1.

I ran the /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions with no errors, other than the 'Cannot find RUS...'

I ran /prepareschema from Parent as it is the Schema Master. However, when I verify the schema version in adsiedit, the rangeupper Integer is 6870 which is for Exchange 2003. Should I not be seeing an Integer of 10637?

What are your Forest and Domain functional levels?

What is your Ex 2003 functional level?

has exBPA given you the all clear on your AD and Exchange organization?

I actually ran the next step, /prepareAD, this ran successful as well as bringing my Integer up to 11116.

Thanks for replying.
