After we replaced our servers, some people are getting "failed to open" message in Outlook.

The other problem we're getting is people who are using a laptop with intel gigabit network cards can't open Outlook. Outlook says it can't find the server. We are not getting this message on similar laptops that are running Outlook 2002 only Outlook 2003.

thanks .. hope this makes sense....

Thanks for replying Pat. Actually we figured out the problem about users not being able to open some emails. What happened was when we were upgrading to a newer servers,we deleted the MDBDATA from the C:\program files\exchsrvr folder because we thought we didnt need it since we are installing cluster aware Exchange software. After we recreated the folder on the C: drive the emails in the queue started to flow again.
Our only problem now is the laptop users.
