Hi

I have a site ip office v2 - 10.1.0.1.0 build 3 having issues accessing the hunt groups via short codes. After entering the eg *80 - "?MAIN" it asks for the pin code , then goes in a loop of continually asking for a pin code. if you dial into the vmail manually with a ddi number it lets you enter the mailbox and pin code no problem.
I have tried creating new hunt groups but no difference , just wondered if anyone else had came across this before I try an upgrade / reformat. If you set an extn with the huntgroup in its source it still prompts you for a pin code and then continuously asks for it , when normally takes you straight in to the mailbox.

Initially I noticed the vmail codde complexity was set to 0 . I set this to 4 but no joy. Any advice appreciated.

Cheers

is this set for a voicemail collect, and why the ? mark? as you already named it MAIN

? is used on voicemail collect for mailboxes.

What happens if a user who is a member of the group and has an H source code set dials the shortcode (as it shouldn't ask for a passcode at that point)?

Change the shortcode to *80, vm collect , ?Main (case-sensitive).

could it be that your handsets are not correctly transmitting DTMF tones?
try rebooting the IPO
