Problemed Extensions

I have two extensions here with problems.

Probably the easier of the two problems is that one phone, the message(voicemail) speed dial button on my DTR-8D phones won't dial extension 8000.


The other extension won't go past the "Initialize" message.
And I've wired up a phone directly to the punchdown block below the PBX and it still won't get past "Initialize".

Are you sure the block is correct? I have see cases where the tech switched the brown and orange pair.

I am sure you tried another phoneset.

The first one is probably Cmd 5115

OZ is probably on target, Check 1204 for the stations that do not work against one that does. If different for a reason then 5115 needs to be set for the different tenant.

I haven't had a chance to look at that command yet. My computer support duties have been keeping me busy.
