Problem with Xerox Driver

Hi all,
i have a big problem with printer driver Xerox WorkCentre Xd 100 , the problem is when printing the application produces a Doctor Watson and hang all app.
My Citrix is Metaframe 1.8 for Terminal Server 4.0

My question is existing other driver for simulate this printer??

We have had similar problems with Xerox DocuCentre and WorkCentre printers also. I have used an HP 4 print driver for my Xerox printers and have not encountered any problems since then.

We have the Xerox N24/N32 network printer and it runs fine using the correct driver.

There wasn't an updated driver for it on the Win2000 CD, but we downloaded the update and applied it to the server.

Yes, use the that driver. For some reason the HP LaserJet 4 driver has allowed us to print to the Xerox DocuCentre and WorkCentre printers. You will loose the functionality of the Xerox DC and WC, such as stapling, collating, etc., but you will be able to print.

I also have BSOD problems with the DC 220 Driver. I have blocked usage in the CMC. How can I force the use of the HP Driver if the user is Client Mapping to their local xerox printer settings?
