Problem with WLAN Manager 2245

We are not able to get a connection between the WLAN Phones 6120 and the WLAN Manager 2245.

On the 6120 display is shown SVP not accessible.

We are not able to changeover from maintenance mode to normal mode... (in spite of reset)

Please help...
