Problem with VSU: is blocked

Hallo!

I have a MD110 with BC10.0/PAQ-C and a VSU2 /3 R4A.
I set queue announcement number in ACD group.
I have problems because the VSU is getting blocking a lot of times, and I have to do a RFBOI over the VSU.

May someone help me?

two things

1> try uninstalling and reinstalling the card... i.e CNBOE it then CHNUI.

also

2> check to see if it's the latest firmware.....

VSU is known to block if it's message space is almost full... if this is the case, try to delete unused messages.
