I have a number of VS's setup through webmin on a mandrake 9.1 box however when I try to access them I get the following error.
"You don't have permission to access / on this server."

however the pages on my https show the default. Where should I start looking at this. Sorry for being so lame.

OK bit of revision to the status here.
I only get that when viewing from inside the firewall.
I have also moved the virtual host definitions into an included file but these dont seem to be working at all now so maybe they arent really being included. I say this because my dydns domainnames just show the default screen.
Could my original problem be because the internal browsers are also using the server as the proxy? I say this because the pages cannot be viewed from a browser on the server either.
