Hello everyone,

I've got a problem with the integral card on an ipoffice SoHo.
I programmed a button to switch group "1" into nightshift. into this group I created a user "reception" . In nightshift this group is redirected to group " night" . Ther are no users in the "night" group; but the voicemail in this group is activated.
The problem is i can switch the group to night but the voicemail don't work. I also tried it this way.
Also when I Put the incomming call route directly to the reception group and switch the group in nightshift to the voicemail I still don't here anything. I allready put the voicemail on with *18 and put thegroup into nightshift.
I tested the voicemail by pressing *17. I heard the voicemail speaking but didn't hear a help menu and yes I did activated the voicemail help option.

Does anyone know why i can't hear the voicemail?

ps: Is it possible to change the language of the voicemail card? I changed the country ID in the manager but it is still in english?

There is only one greeting in the hunt group for day night etc. on the Integral card.

Not sure about the languages I know there are more in version 3.

If you are not using the AA on the integral card we recommend you goto the Voice mail Lite, this has three greetings on group mail box and multi language.

[cheers]

THnx,

But I also can't use the voicemail lite version because I haven't got a workstation available to run the voicemail lite programm.
In the first place i'd like to hear an own recorded message when i shift in to night. But it just don't work.
any other ideas?

greets

Make sure the 'no answer time' on the night group is about 15 seconds (don't worry, the voicemail will still kick in straight away as you have no users in that group).

As for the voicemail help menu - make sure you have 'voicemail help' ticked on.

cheers
