Problem with SRG50 in local mode

Hi,

I have a problem with a SRG50 release 5 when it is in local mode due to a network failure.

In normal mode, the call arrive in the SRG and it is transferred to my Callpilot on another site. If I have a network failure and the SRG is in local mode, when the call arrive, it still trying to transfert call to my CallPilot. But because the network failure, nothing append with the call. It juste hangs up.

Any idea?

Srg is supposed to work if the network is down in survivable mode.

The lines should be st up to ring your extns on the srg.

So the system must not be set up right.
