Problem with some messages in OWA

We have a user who's having trouble accessing some of her messages in OWA. Most of them appear fine, but a few come up with "page cannot be found". This happens whether the message is opened in the preview pane, in its own window, or with either IE6 or Firefox.

Is this a problem with the server or with the client? Does anyone know how it can be corrected?
