Problem with Remote Terminal

I've configured a phone to be a Remote Terminal, but it shows this:
License Exceeded
License no. 5101
Should I just add 5101 to 10-54? Or is this something else?

What system is this?
The error indicates you do not have enough licenses for the additional phone. 10-54 assigns licenses that were loaded.

It's a SV9100. Currently, 10-54 only has 5103.
