I did a search but didn't see anything specific to this. Legend R6.1 with MLM007. RCF works perfectly during the day. When Night Service is on and caller is instructed to press 121 for service, the call ends up at the operator not forwarded to extension 121's cell.

The feature reference for 6.1 says RCF won't work with NS. I have NOT given all of the necessary permissions to the VM ports. Is this what I need to do or is there something else I've missed? Thanks in advance.

I would try, unrestricting the last 2 mail ports and authorizing them for RCF and trunk-to-trunk - and make sure LS-Disconnect is set to "yes". Forward the extention or adjunct in question - put the system in Night Service and experiment. If it does not work - consider an upgrade to Legend R7,V14.2 firmeare on the processor - or - use outcalling as an alternative.

I would do that for ALL the voice mail ports, since the voice mail calling group is Linear, and it is likely that the 1st or 2nd ports would be the ones answering the call and transferring to the RCFed extension.

Your instructions worked perfectly. Both I and my customer thank you!
