Problem with re-creating extension - SCH0369

Hello,
customer has deleted one extension.

when I do PRT:

DN xxxx
DATE
PAGE
DES
NO ACT SINCE NO DATE
NACT

If I want to re-create this extension on some free TN I'm getting error SCH0369 (Function conflicts with existing call arrangement.)

At customer's site there is CCMS, but this DN is not aquired by it.

Any suggestions what to check?

prt the leading 1 or 2 digits instead of all 4, see what spits out dnb wise.

Thanks for help,...

TN/DN was corrupted in PBX, Nortel has some "secret" document how fix this problem in PDT...
 
lol. Any TN level corruption can also be cleared by a power cycle, at least on 5.0 and up.

Yes, of course, but this system is opt 81 with hundreds of users, call center, etc...

reboot is always the last option here...
