Problem with Pixelview TV tuner card

Hi

I have a PixelView TV tuner card on my computer. It has two modes to view the picture - Preview and Overlay. When run in preview mode, the signal is from CPU and the picture tends to stick and is not continuous.

In the overlay mode the signal is direct but about 30% of the picture gets cut and I cannot see the full screen . I tried lot of things with my PC and card settings but to no help

Has anyone faced this problem before. You can please guide me to get whole picture in overlay mode.
