Problem with phone not reverting to correct VM box 1

I have a Norstar where the user has forwarded their phone to another phone, but wants the call to revert to their voicemail box in the event the other phone is not answered. The calls revert to the correct mailbox when they are internal, but a call coming in on their DID line does not.

I remember there is a setting where one has to be set to a different ring count to make this work.

would cfda option under term/sets capabilites ...I believe the rings on the forwarded dn have to be set less than dn forwarded too? (thinking aloud)
