Problem with PDF Viewing

Hi there,
Created a word document, sent to a company to ask them to sign and return to me as a PDF. Received back and when I view the PDF on my Kindle I quite clearly see the signature, BUT, when I open on my desktop computer the signature / stamp is not visible, why?
Can't figure this, hope you can help.

Did you test sign the PDF yourself and save, then open and view in both Kindle and desktop?

Would check the default settings for viewing signatures on desktop.

In Adobe Reader (Edit Preferences Signatures) there are quite a few settings to check......
