problem with page setup lost in report

A report with a custom page setup (8 x 3.7 cm for label printing).The page saved as "MyLabel" in printer server properties.Printer is Epson FX5000+ shared on lan with 15 client (server under WIN2000 server SP3,Clients with Win2000 pro SP3).The problem is that the label were printed perfectly until the install of SP3 on all clients.Now I must reformat the report on ANY CLIENT to get the print ok !!!!! [it seem to be a Windows (not ACCESS ) problem but...

try disabling Name Auto Correct: Tools, Options, General.
