Problem with opening pages

Hello,

I have problem opening some links on some web pages!
Nothing special, just ordinary links like : "Portfolio" or "products" etc...
What that might be?

There is no error message! Link simply doesn't open! Sometimes when I click it just brings me on the top pf the same page!

It looks like problem in hyperlink please check your coding it is not related with IIS or O/S configuration.
