Problem with NFAS isdn pri T1s in Definity

I have this problem where I receive a group of 5 ISDN PRI T1 from my vendor, before they get to the Definity they through RAD muxes, so they're compressed/decompressed.

The problem is that only the T1s with the D Channels (primary and backup) are working on the other 3 I'm able to make calls, I can hear the other end with a lot of distortion, I can barely make out what they're saying but they can't hear me, not a thing.

I've checked and re-checked the muxes config, and the problem doesn't seem to be there, the config for each T1 is the same with the exception of the 2 T1s where allowances for the D-Channels are made.

Also on each mux where a D channel T1 is connected there's a "plain" T1, each mux handles 2 T1s, and the backup was put on a separate mux so that if the mux with the main D channel fails, I still have the backup on another mux, for these two muxes the only T1s working are the ones with the
D channel.

I also opened a ticket with the carrier and they checked their circuits, and say everything is ok, this all leads me to think the problem may be on the Definity, this is how it's setup:

This all how the vendor configured by the vendor, I guess my question would be what's wrong with this picture? did
my vendor configured things right?

Can you do a test ds1 (location) and put the results here. Thats normally how I start with simular problems.

Otherwise, ignore this abort.
