I'm using Crystal Enterprise 9. This has been installed fairly recently, and I have just been in the process of getting all of the reports published. I have been using the default Administrator account sign on, and everything has been going smoothly. I tried to create another user "Public" and I was able to without a problem, but when I try to sign on to Eportfolio with this new user account, I get this message: "There was an error retrieving data from the server: Access is denied." I can get into CMC, though. So then I went back into CMC under the Administrator account, and tried to change the password for the Public account just to see, and I get this error: "You do not have permission to perform the requested action. Please contact your system administrator for details." I don't understand why it won't let me change that when I'm using the Administrator account. And why can't I sign in to Eportfolio? Does anyone know what my problem is?! Thanks in advance!
