Problem with new PRI Avaya

Conecting 5 new PRI, already install 10 but having this on the new ones:

I dial XXX-723-8400 and only seen 7238, already check with a Sunset T10 and yes Telecom is sending 10 digits, all calls go derictly to att. Any clues?

Are you doing any incoming call treatment on the trunk-group?
 
Yes, but even doing that it keeps sending them to attendance. I try 10, 7 and even 4 digits and the same keeps happening.
