I know this sounds like a newbie question however I am having a problem activating the mute button with our Call Master V's.
I have the mute button enable field under the station to Y however even after TTI'ing the phone, the mute button is still disabled.
I have tried several different Call Master V's to see if there was a release of phones that did not allow that.
Anyway I am having no luck. Any ideas?
