PROBLEM WITH MSDATGRD.OCX

Hi Everybody

I am working on AccessXP in Windows ME. I am creating a data entry form using VBA code.

I am getting an erro that the file MSDATGRD.OCX file is missing or broken.

It should be in system32 folder but I searched and it isn't.

Could anybody please give me solution for this? Is there any relaible site that has a download for this file?

I tried repairing Office XP using the CD but even that did not help.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
