Problem With Mitel AX controller 1

Hi guys,

We just bought a Mitel ax controller but im trying to put MiVB on it but don't know how to start can anybody help?
I've put a mitel 16GB compact flash card in compact flash 2 but when i see the boot process i got this error:

What version are you trying to load? That looks like a VxWorks bootloader, which would run MiVB 8.0 or older. Check the Technician's Handbook for the version you're trying to load for the software installation procedures.

also make sure the card is in the correct slot - there are 2 sd slots one is for voicemail

Do i need to put mi 16GB Mitel compact flash in compact flash 1 or compact flash 2? to install the MiVB

Compact Flash slot 2:

In MiVoice Business Release 9.1 or later, the AX Controller requires a single 16 GB Compact Flash (CF).
The 16 GB CF must be inserted in the Compact Flash 2 slot of the controller, leaving the Compact Flash
1 slot empty

because my controller doesn't want to boot with the Mitel compact 16GB in slot 2

My Compact flash card 16gb has Mitel MiVoicebusines 9.1 on it, but i keep getting the error when i try to boot:

If the CF has 9.1 on it, the bootloader must be migrated to UBOOT or you must install S/W before 9.x.

I'm supposed to get this

Determine the active partition number (1 or 4) by accessing the controller through the Maintenance
port, and then running the following command:
