Problem with MICS XC 4.0

My problem is on a MICS XC 4.0 rel. 2 v. 4.08

The system reset by itself every week but not regularly.
The system does'nt loose the programmation.

I have verified the power supply, the battery back-up and I suspect that the software could be the problem.

Did you ever had that problem ?

It doesn't happen to me but does your system hang up on calls on hold ?

Do you have a music on hold source are tones turned on. If your system is set to none and callers hear nothing. It has been my experience they think they were hung up on and call back.

Go into your system alarm logs and Network event logs see what's in there. Let me know if you do not have an alarm book and what the alarm codes are you are finding and I will look them up for you. MRoberts
