Problem with merak adding '[spam]' to all incoming emails.

I have a slight problem with the Merak Email Server, I can send and recieve emails from and to the internet, but every incoming email is noted by the server as spam.

How can the inbuilt spam guard be setup to know the difference between 'spam' and legit emails? or would I have to disable the spam guard and use 3rd party software?

Could it be due to some policies you have set in the server? Or probably one of the default policies set in it that tags the word 'spam' to every email? It's worth checking out...

In our case, we actually modified the policies to tag 'merak spam' to incoming emails that meets the filter policy set by us because we are also using a 3rd party anti spam software on top of merak's anti spam.

cheekyboo.......I've checked the antispam settings and I can't find how to set it up so that legit email is not recognized as spam
