I have a menu that only work 5 options

the problem is that option 1 and 4 the numbers I have aimed at external
if the person does not answer within the first 2 rings brand I can not transfer the call

I need that ring menu indefinitely or about 6 times minimum

Try to aim to a phantom or acd with ncfw to the external number.
