Problem with Mail Relay

Hi everyone, one again I'm having problems with Exchange.

I am trying to send a message, blank plain text message, to a user of another organization and immediately I get a message back from our server saying:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Test email
Sent: 8/26/2004 12:15 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'HisUsername@TheirEmailAddress.org' on 8/26/2004 12:15 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<mail.MYEMAILSERVER.com #5.7.1 smtp;530 5.7.1 relay restricted>


I am in the process of googling, but can't find anything right off the bat.
Any help would be more than appreciated!

Wow... Some of my users aren't too smart.

The email address is incorrect.

I copied and pasted it from her instead of re-typing it or else I could have saved myself some hassle.
