that's what happen when I try to log in in windows 2000 :there is a time difference between the client and server...what can I do?

Are you running NT4.0 server or 2000 server? If NT 4.0 you need to give each user rights to change time, you could just give Everyone on the local machine those rights. Once that is done you will need to put a line in your login script that says:

net time \\timeservername /SET /Y

Eacch time user logs in it will go to that server to set the time on the local PC. PC's as well as servers are known for losing time over time. If your server is loosing time then you must synch it with a national time synch that is a little more difficult.

On the other hand if you are using a WIN2K server the client should pull the time automatically as long as it finds a domain server to pull the correct time from.
