Problem With LAN IPldk-60

Good day to all I would like to make the following query: I just got a IPLDK-60 that connect to the LAN maintenance and reset my IPLDK rose more andalusia not disconnect the LAN becomes normal. The same applies to VOIP when connected to the LAN

Buen dia para todos quisiera realizarles la siguiente consulta: Es que tengo una IPLDK-60 que al conectar la LAN de mantenimiento mi IPLDK se resetea y no levanta mas al desconectar la LAN se vuelve normal. Lo mismo ocurre con el VOIP cuando lo conecto a la LAN

Please explan again what your problem is.
Maybe it could be an ip address conflict?

Ok is that when I start the ipldk without lan connected but I closed the system by connecting the cable to my lan swicht reset and there is no longer up.
Also check if there is no IP address and creates no conflict!



Ok es que cuando inicio el ipldk sin ninguna lan conectada me levanta el sistema pero al conectar el cable lan a mi swicht se resetea y alli ya no levanta.
Tambien verifique si no hay otra direccion de ip y no crea conflicto!!
 
Trataste de conectarte con tu Laptop en el puerto LAN?

el equipo es nuevo o ya estaba trabajando?
is ipldk new? or it was working

Tu lan switch is Power over Ethernet?
Is your Lan Switch POE?

el equipo es nuevo o ya estaba trabajando? - estaba trabajando y bien solo que ahora empezo a tener este problema!
is ipldk new? or it was working - it was working and just right now have this problem!!

Tu lan switch is Power over Ethernet? - No es power ethernet es un switch Nortel BES110-24T

Is your Lan Switch POE? - No PoE is a switch BES110-24T
 
Tienes aterrizado el equipo?
Is ipldk connected to ground?
 
Grounding is a very good idea, also for the switch.
Remember that direct connection between laptop and ipLDK demands a crossed cable (Maybe only with ipLDK-100/300/600).
Using a switch in between the laptop and ipLDK , a straight cable is needed.
Try to ping/telnet to the ip addresses.
Check your ip settings: Do the subnet and ip address range match?

Thanks to everyone for the help but I found a way to fix this, as my version was a IPLDK-60 version 3.7 update to 3.8 and no longer had that problem

Gracias a todos por la ayuda pero ya encontre la forma de solucionarlo, como la version de mi central era una version 3.7 la actualize al 3.8 y ya no tuve ese problema
