Problem with KeyCode

Hello to all,
I have a problem with my BCM50 release 1, when I try to load the keycode give the following error to me: invalid keycode file. Help me!!!

How are you trying to load the file?

I have tried in any case possible but always with the same answer. I have houses opened towards Nortel and they do not know to help me. Thanks of the answers!!

The file name should be the SAME as it is downloaded from the KRS, or its not gonna work (sysid_sequence)

Try entering the licenses manually

I've had people create there own files and save them as .txt instead of .lic and they would not load also.
