Problem with installation

Have tried to install R5 several times on a clients PC. It appears to install successfully but when I try to open Notes the welcome screen just flashes up and disappears without notes opening up. I'm new to notes so would appreciate any suggestions.

Try making sure the permissions on the lotus folder are set to 'full control' - this might sort it.
