System is Compact ICS w/Flash4, 3 incoming lines (public) and 4 stations. Flash 4 answers incoming calls normally when no one is using a line. When any one of 4 users is using an outside line, any incoming call goes directly to their mailbox. All lines are assigned to each phone and phones programmed to forward to Flash when busy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
