Hi,
I have two systems in BC10 Rev.B linked through Q-SIG union; incoming calls to any extension enter to either system A or B ISDN PRIs, and are distributed from A to B through the Q-SIG link.
The problem is that the charging is not ok for those incoming calls to system A that end in system B, or viceversa.
Example: Incoming call for extension in B enters through PRI in system A, and reaches the extension in B through the Q-SIG. PROBLEM: System A will only charge an outgoing call (identifying the public origin number as the extension which is making the call, and the extension in B as the external destination), there is no incoming call to system A. System B will charge an incoming call from the origin public number to extension (it´s ok).
I guess there should be an incoming call to system A, an outgoing call from A to B (without identifying the origin public number as an extension...), and an incoming call to B.
Is there any way to solve this problem?? I am using FORM 2.
Thanks for your help!!!
