Problem with incoming and outgoing calls 1

Hi,
I have created an H323 Trunk Group with Site Administrator 5.0 and compared to the QSIG old group when I receive a call I have always double 00 before the number and if I want to call a number from a missed call, it add me 9 before the number.
Where I can change this two prefix types?
Thank in advance.
 
I realized that the double "0" problem happens only from MD110 incoming calls, not for example from other Avaya or Cisco PBX

IP Phones in their settings file have enhanced local dialing rules you can work with, as below.

Also, in CM you can have uniform dial plan entries or calltype analysis that take "9-00-EXTN" and strip the leading digits you don't want and route back out the QSIG trunk.

You're probably getting 9 because of the phones settings to enable calling back from the call log, and getting 00 because that's what the far end PBX is sending. There is a particularly uncommon circumstance where your CM might be adding the 00 if you've defined changing incoming calling ID for a particular reason, but it is very unlikely.

After restarted the phones, the problem seems to be disappeared. Monday morning I'll have a look to that rules and the PBX configuration.
 
If the problem disappeared after rebooting the phones, I would strongly suspect that the phones did not get their settings file this time. While that may have fixed this particular problem, I'd double check that you didn't make any more problems!
