First thanks for any and all help I am stumped on this issue.
Here is my setup.
Calls come in
Hunt group (Operator)
With one user (front desk)
If they don't answer it goes to a secondary hunt group
with several users.
If they don't answer it overflows goes to an Auto attendant.
The problem is that all of the calls loop between the first and second HG and never go to the AA.
Now if I call internally it goes to the AA. And if I turn off all the extensions in the secondary HG it overflows fine to the AA.
Here are the settings I have.
IP Office 500 R5(15).
Embedded Voicemail
OperatorHG
with 1 user (frontdesk)
Collective call waiting
Overflow mode: Group
No answer time 20
Overflow time: 20
Overflow group: NoOperator
NoOperator
with 6 users
Collective call waiting
Overflow mode: Group
No answer time 15
Overflow time: 15
Overflow group:fallbackAA
FallbackAA
1 user set to Forward directly to our AA
Ring mode sequencial.
Is it possible that the configuration is corrupt or I'm doing something wrong?
Thanks again for any insights and help.
