I have a small office with release 4.1.12 & VM lite. I have a single hunt-group with voicemail. I have put in the members of the hunt-group, on their source numbers the HName, but although callers can leave messages on the hunt-group's voicemail the ext with the source numbers do not receive notification in their phones. I cannot find any mistake. Anybody has any idea?

Thanks

Does the group have a space after it or in the name?

the only thing that could be wrong is the spelling maybe.
H before the exact name of the hunt group without a space

Yep. this is exactly how it is HName where Name is the exact name of the hunt-group. Is it possible that the phones need upgrading also? (Although we don't have any problems at all with them).

they would probably not work without the correct firmware,
try renaming the group and the entry in the source number.

Also have you gone over 11 characters on the huntgroup name? I remember that could cause issues but not sure what releases :)

Have you actually made the users members of the group, or just given them HName in source codes? They need to be members of the group and then be unchecked for this to work. It may also be worth re-booting the phone managers of the users involved.
