Problem with FTP upload

Hallo! My problem is like the followning: I allowed FTP (Port 20 and 21, Protocoll Filter and Packet Filter). I also enabled FTP Apllication filter. Clients cannnot upload via FTP, neither as SecureNAT Client nor as WebProxy Client.
The logfile shows only access via 21. Have i to allow more ports, probably for authentification?? (But Clients netstat didnt show anything but 21) ??? Any Ideas? Thanx for help!
