It's probably rebooting from a protection error (this is a Win2K default). Any information in your event log from this, or any .dmp file on your hard disk...? Heath

Got the same problem with my PC...Just recently upgraded to Win2K. I understand that there are unknown problems surrounding upgrades. Better off installing a clean copy of OC, reinstall drivers and then install application software.
I have installed clean copies of Win2K OC with no problems. Let me know if you come with any ideas on why this occurs.
