problem with FCN=AANS

hello,

I have a problem with customer in TSW SP3, i have program in one key of the DBC 223 the fcn=AANS for automatic call acceptance but this is not working.

Any ideas.

FCN=AANS works together with CALALT=5. Also check your parnum 120. This parnum should be parval = 0. Also this feature will work if external line has clearing signal on analog trunks, but will have no trouble if using ISDN or CAS trunks. Cheers...
