Hi,
We have a problem in dialling an external number which has a CNI placed on it. The CNI is simply a message placed on the number by the telephone service provider informing the caller the number has been changed.

When you dial the original number, it diverts to the message when using a a mobile for instance but when you ring it through our MD110, it comes up Vacant Number.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Chances are it's network level. One thing to check is the number length, does it fit in with NADAP:NUMTYP=NL;

Thanks for the suggestion.

We could dial the number before the message was put on it so I don't think it could be Number Length and we can dial it from other MD110 sites.

I just don't know what setting to change that could affect this??

what type is your outgoing route? pls send RODDP:DEST=x; and RODAP:ROU=x;

do you have another route to test, is it the same over all PSTN routes?

have you done STUNI on outgoing route?

best parnum
